Steps
- Call 04 509 6111 or email myclaim@aig.com, as AIG UAE's Claims page says. You can also go through your broker.6
- For Motor Fleet claims, AIG UAE's Report a Claim page gives a different number: +44 345 266 0575, 24 hours a day.7
- Check your policy schedule for the number to use. AIG UK's website gives that same +44 number for its own Motor Fleet claims.21
- Give your AIG policy number, the date of the loss, what happened and an estimate of the loss.6
- Wait for AIG's acknowledgement, which gives your claim number and lists the documents it needs.6
- AIG investigates where needed and may appoint a surveyor or loss adjuster.6
- Sign the discharge or acceptance form. AIG then pays by cheque or bank transfer.6
