Alliance sells two kinds of car insurance: Motor Comprehensive and Third Party Liability. Its FAQs say cover is for vehicles up to 10 years from the year of manufacture, and for drivers aged 24 to 60.

Steps
- Get a police accident report.4
- Tell Alliance straight away. Email motor.claims@alliance-uae.com or call 04 605 1318. Its pages also list 04 605 1248, 04 605 1316 and 04 605 1319.4
- Complete a claim form on the online portal, by phone during office hours, or at an office.4
- Send the documents Alliance asks for.4
- Alliance reviews the claim, assesses the damage and decides compensation under the policy.4

- Complaints: the Complaints page and the motor guide it links say you get a reference within 48 hours. The motor guide linked from the Motor Insurance page says one working day. The Complaints page says to expect a reply within 5 working days, and that processing time can vary with complexity.7

Financial strength
AM Best kept the A- rating but moved its outlook to negative on 21 November 2025, saying Alliance has reported non-life underwriting losses since 2022 after expanding in medical and motor.
