NGI sells two comprehensive car plans to individuals, NGI Gold and Normal Comprehensive, plus Third Party cover. It also sells Agreed Value GAP and Smart Repair as separate motor products, and Motor Fleet cover to businesses.

- Roadside off-road recovery only applies within 10 metres of a tarred road. Vehicles in a desert event or rally are excluded.9
- Emergency fuel delivery is free, but the driver pays for the fuel. The Gold package puts the fuel charge at 10 litres.9
