- Report the accident to the police of that emirate, or register it on the police online portal.18
- Tell Orient on its online claim page, by email or at a branch. For questions, call customer care on 800 674368.18
- Send your Emirates ID, driving licence, vehicle registration card and the police report.18
- A surveyor inspects the car at an approved agency or garage.18
- Once the claim is approved, a repair order goes to the approved agency or garage.18
