Notes on this document

This record points to the Loss and Damage form on the CBUAE Rulebook. It is not a copy of the document.1 The Rulebook shows the form as effective from 1 January 2017, status In-Force, amended by Decision 42 of 2017 and Resolution 26 of 2020, with version 2 consolidated as of 18 January 2021.

The clause readings on this page are short paraphrases at that version. The Arabic text reads the same on the natural disaster wording and on battery and hybrid.2 A named insurer’s schedule and riders can add to this form. The unified policy guide sets this form beside the Third Party Liability form, topic by topic.
