Notes on this document
This record links to the Third Party Liability form on the CBUAE Rulebook and does not copy it.1 The Rulebook gives an effective date of 1 January 2017 and status In-Force. Decision 42 of 2017 and Resolution 26 of 2020 amended the form, and version 2 is consolidated as of 18 January 2021.
Clause readings here paraphrase that version. The Arabic reads the same on the natural disaster wording and the word for windscreen.2 A named insurer’s schedule and riders can add to this form. The unified policy guide sets this form beside the Loss and Damage form, topic by topic.
